What does DKC do in-house vs subcontract?

At DKC we pride ourselves in our ability to work with many types of materials and home renovation needs from tile to timber. We also know when to call in expert help for specific trades. We generally work with trusted subcontractors for Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC and Drywall needs.

How can I save $ on my remodel.

1)Know what you need vs what you want out of your project.

2) Go into building process with as manny decesions made as possible rather than waiting to see how one thing turns out to decide on another (i.e. a set plan from design -fixtures).

3) Take on some of the finish yourself; many of us are capable painters… paint or stain it yourself and take pride in having a hand in the final product and saving some $’s along the way.
