Where to start when it comes to a new home or work space?

It is always best to go into a project with a general concept and a budget for your project in mind. From there, finding a builder who is a good fit for you, your goals and your budget is the first step. Do so by setting up a meeting and really get to know your builder, while making sure they get to know what priorities are important to you and your project.

How do I get from an Idea to a Buildable set of plans?

For any projects, especially custom homes and complete builds, this is the most difficult and time consuming part. There are a lot of decisions to be made, and a thourough understanding of your needs and desires will translate into a streamlined selection proccess with your builder. For larger projects, we may recomend working with a designer to better help understand your desired outcome.

Do you have a price/sqft?

We do not have a standard price/sqft. Every project comes with different desires, strustural needs and end finishes. We determine $/sqft based on your building needs rather than basing your build on a $/sqft.
