Colin has grown up building custom homes throughout the valley with his father Sean at the “The Downey Building Company” for over a decade. Colin has taken his years of experience and craftsmanship learned from working under his father to leading his own team and company. Colin loves framing homes and buildiing with with real wood. From custom wood and composit decks to luxury aditions and craftman homes, Colin knows how to do it right.

Oliver Krant
Oliver also grew up doing construction on and off in the Rogue Valley before following a carrer as a chef at high-end restaraunts in Portland and Los Angeles. Now returned to the valley, he has taken his experience managing teams and his eye for detail back to the job site. Oliver loves working with tile and doing finish work, utilizing various materials to create modern or classic spaces, and working one on one with clients to realize their goals.
